DRIVIX DIGITAL
Google Ads management

Google Ads Agency

Google Ads puts your business in front of people at the exact moment they search for what you sell. It is also the easiest place in marketing to waste money. Broad keywords left unchecked, conversion tracking that counts the wrong things, and campaigns tuned to spend the budget rather than win the customer. We manage accounts so that every pound has a job to do.

Drivix Digital is the UK company of the Drivix Group, a Google Partner agency serving the UK and UAE. As a Google Ads agency working with UK businesses, we run Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns with one rule above all others: measurement comes before scaling. If the account cannot prove what a lead or sale costs, fixing that is the first task, not an afterthought.

You will always know where your money goes. The ad account sits in your name, the spend goes straight to Google, and the reporting shows results in plain English: enquiries, sales and cost per result, not vanity metrics. That is what proper Google Ads management should look like, and we put it in writing before we start.

Who this is for

Why accounts underperform

Most businesses that ask us to look at their Google Ads are dealing with at least one of these.

01
Spend keeps rising, leads do not

Budgets creep up month after month while the number of enquiries stays flat. Usually the account is bidding on searches that were never going to convert, and nobody has looked closely enough to stop it.

02
The search terms report is full of junk

Broad match without a disciplined negative keyword list means paying for searches about jobs, free alternatives and things you do not even offer. Search term hygiene is unglamorous work, and it is where wasted spend goes to die.

03
Conversion tracking counts the wrong things

Page views and button clicks recorded as conversions teach Google's bidding to chase the wrong outcome. If the account optimises towards actions that are not real enquiries or sales, more budget just buys more of the wrong result.

04
The last agency kept the keys

Too many businesses discover they never owned their own ad account, and leaving the agency means starting from zero. All the history, data and learning walks out the door with the contract.

What is included

What our management covers

Everything below is included in the standard engagement. There is no premium tier hiding the basics.

01
Account structure and campaign builds

Campaigns organised around how your customers actually search, with tightly themed ad groups, sensible bidding strategies and budgets weighted towards what sells, not what is easiest to set up.

02
Conversion tracking done properly

Calls, form submissions and purchases tracked accurately through Google Tag Manager and GA4 before we scale anything. Bidding can only be as smart as the data it learns from.

03
Search term hygiene and negatives

Regular search term reviews and a continuously maintained negative keyword list, so the budget stops leaking into irrelevant searches and concentrates on the ones that turn into customers.

04
Shopping and Performance Max

For ecommerce, we manage product feeds, Shopping campaigns and Performance Max with proper structure and exclusions, so the algorithm works for your margins rather than just your impressions.

05
Ad copy and landing page guidance

Ads written and tested against each other, plus honest recommendations on the pages they land on. A strong ad pointed at a weak page still loses, and we will tell you when that is the problem.

06
Transparent monthly reporting

A report you can actually read: spend, enquiries or sales, cost per result and what we changed and why. Plus full access to your own account, so you can check everything yourself at any time.

Our approach

How we take on an account

Phase 01
Free account audit

We review your existing account, or your market if you are starting fresh, and tell you plainly what is working, what is wasting money and what we would do about it.

Phase 02
Tracking before anything else

Conversion tracking is rebuilt or verified so every lead and sale is counted correctly. Nothing gets scaled until the numbers can be trusted.

Phase 03
Restructure and relaunch

Campaigns are rebuilt around the audit findings: keyword themes, match types, negatives, bidding strategy and budget allocation, all documented so you can see the reasoning.

Phase 04
Weekly optimisation

Search term reviews, bid and budget adjustments, ad testing and feed improvements happen on a steady rhythm, not just when the monthly report is due.

Questions

Straight answers.

On price, we explain what drives it and put a fixed figure in writing after your free audit.

Honestly, it depends on your market. PPC for a small business in the UK can work well when the search demand is there and the value of a customer comfortably covers the cost of winning one. In expensive markets, a very small budget can spread too thin to gather useful data. We will tell you in the audit whether your budget gives the account a fair chance, and if it does not, we will say so rather than take the fee.

Google Ads starts driving traffic the day campaigns go live, which is its biggest advantage over SEO. That said, the first weeks are about gathering data: learning which searches, ads and audiences convert. Expect early signals quickly and reliable, scalable performance once the account has enough conversion data to optimise against. SEO builds slower but compounds, which is why many of our clients run both together.

You do, always. The account is created in your Google Ads login or transferred into it, the billing goes from your card or invoice directly to Google, and we work through manager access that you can revoke at any time. If we ever part ways, you keep the account, the history and every piece of data in it. We think any agency that insists otherwise is telling you something important.

Management starts at £1,200 a month plus VAT, or 15 percent of ad spend, whichever is greater. The floor exists so a smaller account still gets proper attention rather than a token hour a month, and the percentage only applies once spend is large enough to pass it. Whichever applies, the figure is agreed in writing after we review your account and scope, before anything starts. Your ad spend is separate: it goes directly from you to Google, in an account you own and control, with no markup on media.

Drivix Digital is part of the Drivix Group, which holds Google Partner status. Partner status is awarded by Google to agencies that meet its requirements around performance, spend under management and certification. It is not a guarantee of results, and we would never sell it as one, but it does mean the people managing your campaigns work in the platform at a level Google itself recognises.

Yes. As a Google Shopping agency working with UK retailers, we handle the unglamorous parts that decide performance: product feed quality, titles and attributes, campaign structure, and the exclusions that stop Performance Max cannibalising sales you would have made anyway. Shopping rewards tidy data and disciplined structure far more than clever bidding tricks.

Yes, and we are careful about it. An account with history contains learning that took real money to buy, so we never tear everything down on day one. The audit identifies what to keep, what to fix and what to rebuild, and changes are staged so performance is protected while the account improves. That is standard practice for any decent PPC agency in the UK, and we document each step as we go.
