Privacy Policy
Who we are
This website is operated by Drivix Limited (trading as Drivix Digital), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16886632. Our registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX. Drivix Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about this policy by phone on 07868 257888, through the contact form, or by post to our registered office.
What we collect and why
We collect personal data in two ways:
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, the service you are interested in and your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to prepare a quote or audit. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you choose to send us.
- Website analytics: information about how visitors use this site, collected through Google Analytics 4 (loaded via Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity. This includes pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device type and interactions such as clicks and scrolling. We use it to understand how the site performs and to improve it.
Where your data is stored
Contact form submissions are stored securely in our customer database (hosted by Supabase) and trigger a notification email to our team (sent via Resend). Enquiry data may also be passed to our internal workflow system so the right person follows up. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics platforms and is aggregated wherever possible.
Cookies and similar technologies
Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may set cookies or use similar technologies to distinguish visitors. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; the website will continue to work without them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, object to or restrict its processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
